Evening Emcee
Our evening entertainment and Emcee will be George Michael's from 96.7 CHYM FM
Born and raised in Kitchener, George grew up listening to CHYM, and at
the age of about 14 and thought it might be a fun way to make a
living. After getting the chance to sit in and watch the morning guy
do his show, George was hooked. George started his radio career in 1974
in Cambridge. Then in 1976, he started doing mornings in Tillsonburg,
followed by mornings in Terrace B.C., then mornings in Tillsonburg
again. George has been happily married to Carole, a former A&W
car-hop, since 1977. They have three kids, and two beautiful
grandchildren. And they all still love the A&W.
